Order processing
Orders placed on Sunday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is estimated within 2–3 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday, will be grouped and processed together on the following Sunday (the next working day).
Delivery delays
Incorrect delivery details: If a delay is caused by incorrect information provided at checkout, our support team will contact you via email or SMS to resolve it promptly.
